- By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
Usage & Credit
- Do not use, repost, edit, or share my art without my explicit permission.- I must always be credited clearly and visibly (e.g., @official_ caelum or a link to my X/Twitter page).-You may use commissioned art for personal purposes (like icons, profile pictures, headers, wallpapers, etc.) as long as credit is provided.-You may not use my work commercially (e.g., products, ads, branding, monetized content) without prior written permission. Additional licensing fees may apply.Posting & Privacy
- I reserve the right to record and post the art process (such as speedpaints or WIPs).- I also reserve the right to share the final piece publicly, including in my portfolio and on social media.- I do not accept “private” commissions. You may request anonymous posting, but the work will still be published.- Any information related to payments, payment methods, or private details must not be shared publicly under any circumstances.Right to Refuse
- I can refuse any commission for any reason, including content, behavior, or timeline.- Payment & Refunds
Payment is required upfront or in agreed-upon milestones.- If you cancel the commission, I will keep the portion of payment equal to the percentage of work completed (for example, 40% finished = 40% payment kept).- Full refunds are only possible before I start working.- If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days after receiving an update or sketch, the commission will be considered canceled and no refund will be issued for completed work.Chargebacks
- Chargebacks are not accepted.- If you have an issue, contact me directly. Filing a chargeback without communication will result in a permanent blacklist and public notice if necessary.- No high-resolution files will be delivered until full payment is received.Commercial Use
- Commercial use includes anything monetized or promotional, such as use by companies, content creators, streamers, merchandise, games, advertising, or branding.- Misuse of a personal-use commission as commercial may result in the license being revoked and the client blacklisted.Revisions
- Revisions are limited to a reasonable number (e.g., three rounds).- Excessive or major changes after the sketch is approved may incur an extra fee.Prohibited Uses
- My art may not be used for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related projects.- You may not upload my work to any AI generator, training dataset, or mint it as an NFT under any platform.- You may not modify, trace, remove signatures or watermarks, or associate my artwork with hateful, discriminatory, or political content.- Claiming my artwork as your own is strictly prohibited.Agreement
